Privacy Policy

Math Moves is operated as a product of Chelsea Valley Engineering. The app does not put a teacher's name, face, or school on the site.

• Account details you type in, such as a login and a password.
• Chats you send the coach, including the math problem and your replies.
• A photo, if you upload one so the coach can read the problem.
• Basic account status, such as whether a teacher has Pro.

We do not ask for a student's last name, school ID, or address.

To write a coaching reply, the chat (and a photo, if you sent one) is sent to OpenAI, the company that runs the model. OpenAI uses that content to generate the reply. We do not use chats to advertise to students.

Pro is optional: 7-day free trial, then $9/month, paid through Stripe. Stripe gets the payment details. Math Moves does not store a card number.

We don't sell student or teacher information. We don't run ads inside the coach. We don't use the chat to build a profile for marketing.

Chats and account data stay so you can come back to a practice session. If an account or its chats should be deleted, we will delete what we can still reach in the app and in our database.

The coach is built for students, including students under 13, practicing math with a teacher. A teacher should be the one who decides a class may use it. Don't send a student's full name, photo of their face, or school ID.
